LOCATION - Services offered at this location are Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Kinesiology, Naturopathy, IV therapy, Comprehensive Lab testing, Integrative Cancer Therapy, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Pregnancy & Postpartum Care. GLEN DR. LOCATION - Services offered at this location are Clinical Counselling, Psychotherapy, Dietitian, Custom foot Orthotics, Medical Compression Socks, Hair Rejuvenation, Microneedling, Oxygeno & Facials. PARKING - We offer underground parking at both locations. Please call the front desk at 604-704-3046 to arrange access. WAIT LIST - If you do not see a time that works for you, please give us a call and we can add you to our waiting list in case there was any cancelations. DIRECT BILLLING - We offer direct billing to most insurance provider for our patient convenience. CANCELLATION POLICY - 24-HOURS NOTICE is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. There is a full charge for late cancellation/no-show fee when an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24-hours notice. When booking appointments we require all patients to provide their credit card information. Our staff does not have access to your credit card information and your credit card will not be charged without verbal or written notification. ICBC & WorkSafe BC PATIENTS - We are an ICBC & WSBC Treatment Provider and directly bill ICBC & WSBC.
