Most of this hot stone massage hour is spent lying still while the therapist places smooth heated stones along your body and uses them in slow, gliding strokes — with less deep tissue work than an ordinary massage — and you leave having had a quieter, warmth-focused session.

Direct billing
Blue Cross, Canada Life, GreenShield, Manulife, Manitoba Public Insurance, Sun Life, and Workers' compensation are billed at the desk — you pay the remainder.
