There are three pillars to this program, stress management, physical wellbeing and time management. The program will provide teachers with the support and tools needed to help them independently control their neck tension/pain so that they can provide more energy to their students, family and feel a better sense of overall wellness.
This program is for individuals looking to start a fitness routine but are fearful of getting injured, find gyms intimidating or just not sure where to start. Using our Smart Movement Method our physiotherapists guide you through this step-by-step approach helping you identify potential areas of muscle imbalance, develop a program to help correct these imbalances to prevent injury, master safe workout techniques and movements, and build a personalized, reliable exercise plan tailored to your needs. By the end of this program you will be confident in your movements and ready to hit the gym whether it's in the Community or at home.

Telephone Consultation with treating health professional. Call Must be initiated by the WSIB to treating health Professional. Paid at a flat rate fee regardless of the duration of discussion. A clinical report should not be billed in addition to the telephone consultation.
