“I have been doing relatively well ! I have been walking still, but not doing the mile walks that I was doing. I have also cut back on my exercises to every other day. That has worked better for myself ! The weather has been cooler, and wetter, generally so I didn't go for the walks as much as I wanted to... Have a Great Day !!!”Read moreShow less

“Saw Juhi for a work place injury and she was amazing to work with. The whole team is super nice and while I hope I don’t need to go back I would definitely recommend them!!”

“I attended Active Care for physio after a total knee replacement in 2025. I found the staff to be caring and very supportive as I worked towards recovery from this surgery. It was not always an easy journey; however, with the kind guidance and detailed exercises I was able to make a full recovery. I found the staff very knowledgeable and encouraging. I was able to make consistent measurable progress over the course of my recovery which I really appreciated and I would not hesitate to return to Active Care for future treatments. I liked the detailed print outs of each exercise, which helped when I worked between sessions from home.”Read moreShow less

“I am very happy with the care I have been given at Active Care Physiotherapy. I am able to have a healthier life thanks to all the exercises I have been introduced to. I have learned the importance of doing the exercises at home really helped with my recovery time. I would recommend Active Care Physiotherapy to anyone in need of a personalized program to help improve their physical condition. Thanks so much to Chris and the team for treating me with such kindness. Sherry Bryans”Read moreShow less

“M33 broken hip 2022, peroneal nerve fully damaged at hip- nerve decompression 2023, PCL reconstruction 2025. I have used Chris Cole for over 3 years and he has been knowledgeable and very understanding for helping me to heal after 3 of my different surgeries. I followed all of his programs and stuck with it and I am now at the point of running 10km for exercise and I have returned to sports with no assistant devices. My nerve journey is still not over and I still have hope for further healing. I recommend Chris to anyone willing to put in the work to get to their goals.”Read moreShow less

“This was the 2nd time within the year that I required physiotherapy. The 1st was for RTKR surgery, and the 2nd for Muscle Strain. I've had 2 different therapists, but by far Chris was the best. He was kind, caring, and interested in what brought me to the clinic. He asked about pre-existing health issues, so he would know how to prepare a physio plan for me, that would work with any limitations I may have. He and the staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was refreshing in this day in age to talk with happy/kind people. I will be starting physio again next month as I will be having LTKR surgery. All in all, it is a Physiotherapy Clinic I would recommend.”Read moreShow less
