ConcussionRx is a computer-based assessment that utilizes AI to diagnose concussion subtypes and prescribe an interdisciplinary treatment plan. In this session, Dr. Rosenblatt will review your results and provide expert recommendations tailored to your needs. A call will be scheduled with her after the assessment has been completed. The assessment can be done in-clinic or online.
