I went in for treatment for shoulder pain related to cervical spine disc issues, and after just the first session with Aruldoss Amalopavanathan, I experienced significant relief from the discomfort and pain. He is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also extremely humble, friendly, and genuinely caring. I also want to give an extra shout-out (and an extra star!) to Oluteli Odunayo, the massage therapist. She is exceptional at what she does—very professional, dedicated, and truly focused on her clients’ well-being. “Took treatment for my knee pain (MCL) ligament tear and they took good care with proper treatment. Got better in 2 weeks and still going for treatment.Have gone to many other clinics but this was the best centre so far visited.”

“I’m very happy to have found this clinic. I have been consistently coming here for a little over a month for my lower back injury and have seen significant improvement. The physiotherapists are thoughtful and attentive. They really took the time out to explain to me the root cause of my injury and pain. They’re committed to the slow process of my recovery which I really appreciate because in my other experiences with different clinics I found that I was being rushed and told to over exert my body in order to speed up my recovery process which only resulted in more pain as I was still in the early stages of my injury and healing process. I really appreciate how the physiotherapists at ALFI Physiotherapy Clinic are knowledgeable, patient and committed to the over all well being and growth of their patients. They have up to date technology/equipment and the clinic is extremely clean. Everyone has gone above and beyond with meeting the covid safety precautions as well. “I have used the services of Alfi Physiotherapy for over 4 years. Arul is very professional and knowledgable about how to treat patients. He takes the effort to understand the problem, does a good needs analysis and then plans the right approach for treatment of the patients. I have had issues with my lower back, shoulder, arms etc due to playing recreational sports and Arul has always provided the right treatment for me. I am glad to have met Arul close to where I live.
