Parking : Please note there is no onsite parking; however, there is street parking along 13th and 14th. Please allow yourself extra time if you are driving due to construction in the area. Building Access : The front door to the building will be locked evenings and weekends. If your appointment falls within one of these time frames, please call the number on the door when you arrive and one of our therapists will let you in. Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of treatment to the card on file.
