To reserve an appointment, whether in person by email, by phone or online, a valid credit card is required to be saved on our secure online booking system. Once saved, our staff does not have access to your complete credit card information. CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or alter their appointment, or miss the appointment completely, may be invoiced up to the full cost of the session . All patients are required to have a valid credit card on file on our secure online booking system. Any outstanding fees applied to your account will charged to the credit card on file. Please understand that our professionals only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other patients.
