Welcome Andrea RMT booking page! New Location As of July 2, 2025, Andrea RMT will be relocating to 410 7th Avenue South, in Cranbrook. Parking Information The studio is located around the back of main building with a few stairs leading up to back door. If driving, please enter from alleyway where there are 2 designated parking spots located directly beside the red garage. Illness If you are at all questioning any symptoms before your arrival, please try to cancel with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment time. Payment Currently I accept Credit Cards or E-Transfers as payment options. Direct billing to your insurance provider is available for clients so be sure to bring your ID cards if you wish to sign up. Please understand that a missed appointment without notice creates a loss of income for your therapist and a missed opportunity for another client to take your place from our wait list. Please be aware that I charge a standard no-show cancellation fee for the full amount of your invoice, for bookings cancelled without 24 hours notice, that do not relate to illness or personal emergency.
By confirming your booking, you agree and consent to your RMT the permission to charge your credit card for the full amount of your invoice, in the event that you have no-showed your booked appointment time without providing sufficient notice to the clinic via email, text or phone call.
