For new patients under WorkSafeBC we do require an approved application with an active claim number and the online intake form filled up prior to you appointment. If you have any questions you can reach us through our email info@ansonphysiotherapy.com or call us at 604-945-7888 Please arrive 10 minutes before an Initial assessment scheduled appointment time to allow for time to organize paperwork/billing. If you are feeling unwell at all, please call and reschedule your appointment at no charge. After booking online, if you want to book the laser as well please call or email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request. CANCELLATION POLICY: No show or late cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will subject to a fee of $55.
