New Patients: The typical Apex Patient attends 3-4 visits and then evaluates if they are interested in resuming a maintenance program or ready to move on with an active, healthy lifestyle on their own.
Returning Patients: You are more than welcome to book routine maintenance sessions if you do not have an injury and are simply looking to optimize health and performance.
