New Patients: The typical Apex Patient attends 3-4 visits and then evaluates if they are interested in resuming a maintenance program or ready to move on with an active, healthy lifestyle on their own. Returning Patients: You are more than welcome to book routine maintenance sessions if you do not have an injury and are simply looking to optimize health and performance. If you are in need of immediate care and the schedule shows that I am unavailable for a few weeks, please add your name to the waitlist and I’ll do my best to see you as soon as possible.
