“The ability to no longer need Ativan and dread the dentist has changed my whole perspective. Dailyn as a hygienist has been AMAZING and patient with me as I struggled to get over my fear. “I love my smile because of Dr.Protzer. He is a perfectionist and an incredible dentist. I really appreciate that I see the same team members each time I am in for an appointment, my hygienist is so gentle but so thorough and knows my teeth. The office is so clean, bright and cheery. “Absolutely the best dental clinic I have ever been to! Dr Protzer and his staff are professional, friendly and after 25 years of receiving exceptional care they are like family. The front end staff provide organized and efficient service with a smile. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, leaving my mouth fresh & clean. Dr Protzer is very experienced and knowledgeable and I have been fortunate enough to have him perform some very difficult procedures saving my teeth in the process. The clinic is spotlessly clean and all equipment is of the highest quality as Dr Protzer wants only the best outcomes for his patients. “I’ve had a couple cleanings and minor work done here, the hygienists, reception and Dr. Kwok are amazing & friendly but the other doctors lack people skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and have a certain rudeness to them. The other thing I’ve noticed is they don’t take accountability and will place blame on the client, at first I thought it was an isolated incident with me but I recently read other negative reviews and it seems many other people have had the same experiences. I also noticed that the business replies by Dr. Protzer were very defensive and confrontational, which came across as if he’s more focused on protecting his reputation than making things right with the clients.”Read moreShow less

“30-plus years ago, I had such a fear of dental appointments I would have tears running down my cheeks. Dr. PROTZER not only changed that, he extended kindness, understanding & within no time my fear changed to trust, big time . So much so, that no matter where I moved, I have remained confident with Dr. PROTZER & his team looking after me. Not enough room to say the many extra things, such as doing a root canal on a day off & office closed, to take away my pain.
