When you commit to a 3 to 6 month program we will meet, or chat on the phone for a half an hour every 2 weeks. You will receive instructions on how to implement new information regarding your health concerns and discuss your progress. You will also have unlimited access to emails from me.

What it is
Most of the visit is you and the dietitian piecing together what you eat, how your day runs, and what gets in the way — food history, habits, goals, and practical changes — then you leave with a clear nutrition plan and next steps.
