I’ve been getting Physio work don’t with Justin for the past 6 months and it’s completely changed the way I approach both training and recovery. When I first came in, I was dealing with a terrible disc issue and could barely walk without a limp. Thanks to Justin’s help and guidance, I’m now back playing football, lifting heavy, and swimming again. It’s always a pleasure coming into such a warm and welcoming environment. Great spot with very kind people.. couldn’t recommend it more highly.Read moreShow less

Very impressed by Nathan's first assessment. My shoulder and back were hurting after a longer run by the lake. Nathan was very professional, detail-oriented and took the time to conduct a full assessment. I felt much better after the treatment and even got a running assessment which allowed me to correct my posture while running. Friendly and professional health care provider, would recommend anytime!Read moreShow less

The physiotherapy clinic is excellent, located in a place with public parking in front, AND A FEW METERS FROM THE BUS STATION, which makes access very easy. The physiotherapists are great; they recommend daily exercises to do at home, accelerating the physical recovery of patients. Physiotherapist Nathan Wong restored mobility to my neck in just a few sessions, correcting my serious TMJ problem. I'm very happy!Read moreShow less

I came here (mostly because of the rating and closeness) due to a minor shoulder injury and I’m very happy with the results. The first day I was in a lot of pain and they accommodated an appointment very quickly. Mowni is very knowledgeable, professional and amicable. He explained to me which muscles might have been injured after some tests and he built a plan for recovery. He clearly answered my questions on session and helped me correct the way I exercise. I also liked that they have the necessary equipment and other professionals from different health fields for an integral experience. There’s (paid) parking very close.Read moreShow less

I saw Nathan, one of the physiotherapists at the clinic for intercostal/rib and back pain. Before treatment I was feeling really tight and uncomfortable, especially with certain movements and breathing. I’m a pretty active person, so it was frustrating not being able to move normally. Nathan was very thorough and took the time to explain what was going on while treating the area. He also created a really comfortable environment where I felt safe and validated throughout the process. After my sessions I noticed a big improvement in my pain and mobility, and I’m feeling so much better now. He really helped get me back to doing what I love. Highly recommend!!!Read moreShow less

I had a great experience at Art of Mobility. Justin was incredibly helpful with my knee issue and took the time to really understand what was going on. As a physiotherapist, he was knowledgeable, attentive, and clear in explaining the treatment plan. With a few sessions, I noticed a big improvement and was feeling good again. The progress was real and measurable, not just temporary relief. Highly recommend Justin and the team at Art of Mobility for anyone dealing with knee pain or mobility issues.Read moreShow less

I'm seeing physiotherapist Justin Mah as a preventative measure... as I am training to run my first marathon. It is an amazing feeling to have someone in your corner that has your best interest at heart. Being a runner (and athlete) himself, he really understands my journey and the difficulties that come with such an endeavour. He is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do, to help me along. Nice person too. I'm always happy to visit them at their new location in Trinity Bellwoods Park, and leave feeling like I'm one step closer to my goals. I highly recommend!Read moreShow less

Art of Mobility Physiotherapy has been absolutely amazing. They are highly professional, friendly, and truly attentive. They supported me through my strength work and provided exactly the physiotherapy I needed during my half marathon and marathon training. They were great with follow-ups and always made sure I was 100% ready before continuing or progressing with any activity plan. Their objective and guidance were outstanding, and I always felt confident and well cared for throughout my recovery and training. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Read moreShow less

Art of Mobility is an incredible clinic with some of the best physiotherapists around. I had the pleasure of working with Tharaniya and Thusheinth, and they were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive in helping me with my rehab and injuries. They took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns, explain everything clearly, and create a personalized treatment plan that really worked! The staff are very welcoming, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout your recovery. You can truly tell that they care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. I have seen great results and would highly recommend Art of Mobility to anyone looking for high-quality services!!Read moreShow less

Art of Mobility at the Trinity Bellwoods location is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, calm, and professional. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping you move better, feel better, and understand your body. The practitioners take their time to assess what you actually need instead of giving you a one-size-fits-all session. Their focus on mobility, strength, movement patterns, and long-term improvement makes the experience stand out compared to traditional clinics. Every session feels personalized, intentional, and effective. The space itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped — it really adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re dealing with tightness, recovering from training, or just trying to optimize your mobility, this location delivers high-quality care every time. Highly recommend to anyone in the Trinity Bellwoods area looking to take their recovery and mobility to the next level.Read moreShow less
