Elizabeth has been a godsend to me. Her approach and care is always so very gentle and supportive. She takes the time to listen and explain what she is doing as well as why it’s important. I was nervous about physio but Elizabeth and Emily made my experience so positive. With my treatment now complete I will miss the love and care I was given. I also now have an exercise program in place to help me stay well and fit. I highly recommend this clinic. The environment is safe and friendly.Lire la suiteRéduire

Carolyn is truly one of the most talented massage therapists I’ve ever experienced. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, taking the time to understand your specific problem areas. Throughout the session she checked in to ensure the pressure was just right. The entire experience was deeply calming and honestly, it felt almost spiritual! I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and like my body had been reset. My Mum has been going to her for years and years and that speaks for itself!
