I live in a remote community and had a short timeline to find glasses, update my prescription and pick up the finished glasses before I left town. “It took me quite a while to find the right place, as I visited several different stores. Mo was incredibly helpful. She repaired both my glasses and my wife’s glasses, and they now feel brand new. She was kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It is clear she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Mo. “This eyewear store went above and beyond when fixing the alignment of my delicate frameless specs, which other stores wouldn’t even touch. They handled the tricky repair with care, cleaned the glasses, and didn’t charge a single dollar. They even cleaned my second pair without me mentioning it. “This is an excellent eyewear and optometry office. Dr. Buckley is lovely and all of the eye technicians who help you with eyeglass choice and eyeglass adjustments are very friendly and so well trained. Today I had my glasses adjusted by Larry. Never have they fit so well. Thank you very much, Larry. The choice of eyewear they have at artSEE is extensive and fantastic. I recommend that you let the staff pick glasses for you. “The team at the Broadmead location are really customer-focused as well as professional and knowledgeable ! We initially moved our eyewear needs to this store because our very first eyeglass shop owner was working part-time at artSEE Broadmead . He provided us with his excellent and caring service, and introduced us to the artSee team Broadmead. Well, "our guy" finally retired, and left us in the very good hands of the artSEE team. Today was a typical experience - a tiny screw came out of my frame, and a lens was at risk of falling out. Off to artSEE, and voila, they put things back together, cleaned the lenses, and handed them back with a smile.
