I have worked with Jessi for many years in a prior clinic and followed her here, to Ascend where she has built a brilliant practice and her expertise is second to none. I saw Ally at Ascend Physiotherapy during pregnancy and postpartum, and she has been incredibly helpful throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and I feel like I gain so much from every session with her. Ally provided clear guidance on recovering from a C-section, along with practical stretches and exercises that made a real difference.
