I’ve been seeing Jessi at Ascend Physiotherapy for years and can’t recommend her and her clinic enough. I regularly do IMS and Clinical Pilates, and I swear by both — they’ve made such a difference in keeping me strong and pain-free.

Love this place. I have seen Jessi and Kristen for IMS and they are both fantastic. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to understand your needs. I've been dealing with ongoing pain issues for years and absolutely nothing works like their treatment. I saw Ally for my pregnancy and postpartum care and Kristen for neck/shoulder pain and cannot say enough good things about these practitioners! I have worked with Jessi for many years in a prior clinic and followed her here, to Ascend where she has built a brilliant practice and her expertise is second to none. Currently, I’m working with Kristen, who is also fantastic and takes the time to clearly answer all my curious questions about my injuries and treatment. Both are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicate the 'what' and 'why' of every treatment clearly. They have supported my effective recovery from several sporting injuries over the years, providing clear home exercises that really work. I saw Ally at Ascend Physiotherapy during pregnancy and postpartum, and she has been incredibly helpful throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and I feel like I gain so much from every session with her. Ally provided clear guidance on recovering from a C-section, along with practical stretches and exercises that made a real difference.
