I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for almost 8 months, with the pain radiating down into my legs almost every day. Mornings were the worst — I would wake up in so much pain and even simple day-to-day chores became difficult. It honestly started affecting my mood and quality of life. Over the past several months, I spent a lot of money trying different chiropractors and physiotherapists, but unfortunately nothing gave me real relief. I was starting to lose hope. I was referred to Dr. David through a trainer I really trust, and after taking 5 acupuncture sessions with him, I can genuinely say this has been the only treatment that has actually helped me. The improvement in my pain and mobility has been noticeable, and for the first time in months I finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction. Dr. David is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic, once or twice a year I get neck lock after a triple neck break and spine fusion; this time I saw Adina for two sessions who in three days literally vanished the pain and allowed me to look fully left and right again. Highly recommend Dr Adina - I had never had acupuncture before and found her to be so knowledgeable, professional and kind. Within a few sessions she had resolved the issues I was having, but wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
