Most of the visit is hands-on work on the table — you talk through what’s bothering you, then the therapist uses pressure, kneading and stretching on the areas that need attention, and you leave with a sense of what was done and any aftercare notes.

Direct billing
Blue Cross, Canada Life, Extended health plans, GreenShield, Manitoba Public Insurance, Sun Life, and Workers' compensation are billed at the desk — you pay the remainder.
