“Really good service! After a big elbow surgery they really help me to recovery and getting more mobility. Mr. Feroz Nazim are really comprehensive and encouraging me when I was inpatient and hope that my recovery will be faster. He explained clearly to me that was normal and telling me that will be long recovery but normal and to continue my exercise. Getting there slowly but see the improvement every day. “When I went to Back On Track the first time I was greeted by Micheline (admin) to book my first appointment. She was very pleasant offering different dates to accommodate my schedule. When I met Feroz the first time he did an evaluation of my condition and explained exactly what was the problem that was causing me pain and even illustrated it with a skeleton. He then explained the treatment he would gave along with exercises that I was to practice at home. From session to session I could see improvement as well as different exercises he instill during the process until the pain was completely gone. Feroz is truly professional in administering treatment explaining what he was doing as well as always asking if it was causing pain. I am grateful I had Feroz as physiotherapist to solve my problem. One important point is Feroz was always on time for my appointment. Micheline always greet you with a smile and takes care of you the minute you arrive at the clinic. “Back on Track Physiotherapy is excellent. Micheline at the front desk went out of her way to help and Feroz the physiotherapist is awesome. He was excellent with my treatment, very patient and professional, explaining my treatment plan as we progressed. So very glad I went to see him. I have been in pain for over a year and thanks to Feroz the pain has finally subsided. I did try other physiotherapists in the area but they did not seem to help with my problem.
