Bridget O'Brien is an incredible physiotherapist. She is with you the entire appointment, not sluffing you off to a co-op student or putting you on a machine by yourself. I am very satisfied with the treatments that I received related to my left and right shoulder. I also received some physio treatment for a tennis elbow problem. I've been to another physio place in Perth but Back on Track seemed to be much better for me. The care Bridgit provided for both of my shoulders was amazing, coordinating with my Doctor for additional diagnostic tests and adjusting my treatments once the ultrasounds and x-rays were in. The Dry needling, Acupuncture, Shockwave, and Ultrasound treatment made a huge difference for my chronic shoulder problem and even partially resolved a nerve problem in my hand. I had a 1 hour initial appointment with Pinki. She was thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Gave me various exercises to do. So far so good.

I had an appointment scheduled for this evening, which was cancelled by the clinic without informing me. I only found out when I emailed to reconfirm my appointment today. I was told that a voice message was left, but I did not receive any. It’s 2024, and it’s essential to update your communication methods to include SMS and email notifications to keep customers informed about their appointments. This lack of communication is very unprofessional, and I am not willing to wait another four months for such service.Read moreShow less
