“Unfortunately I dislocated my shoulder again, leading to an unstable shoulder. While waiting for imaging and a surgery date, VRAJ, at Back On Track Physio Therapy helped me strengthen and heal what I could, making me stronger going into surgery then I was before the injury. I believe it is because of his great care that I am recovering so well, only 10 days post op. I'? Looking forward to working with him again, when I get the green light to start the long road to recovery post-op. CARLY has also worked on me in the past helping me recover from multiple issues. And her smile and enthusiasm make physiotherapy fun. My daughter has benefitted from KELLY's help for foot pain and she said she was made to feel comfortable and seen about her anxiety, in a new setting. PAULA and company on reception are always there to make me feel welcome, with a huge smile and just the right words. They have been helping me negotiate the WSIB claims that this clinic will do. “I’ve been seeing Vrag for some tendinitis issues. He has been methodical in his approach in manipulating the affected areas releasing the tendons allowing them to receive better blood flow and to move freely. The difference in my pain has been significantly reduced to a 1/10, I walked in a 9/10. His knowledge is second to none and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for pain relief and for increase mobility. “I had such a wonderful experience with Kelly today. From the moment she assessed me, she was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. She took the time to really understand what was going on, explained things clearly, and addressed the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Her hands-on treatment was excellent — thoughtful, skilled, and effective — and the relief I felt was almost immediate. “This Back on Track physiotherapy is just awesome. They do automated insurance billing, their physiotherapists, especially Kelly Debouter is very experienced and skilled. She solved some major body issues I had with simple yet effective exercises. She also gives killer massages for that tight spot. She spends extra time. “I've been very pleased with my rehab and physiotherapy given by Abhijit Minhas at Back On Track Physiotherapy Richmond. Prior to seeing Abhi, I had been dealing with chronic hip pain for ~2years. I had tried various forms of physio and massage. Abhi took great care to review my other rehab approaches in an effort to try something new.
