A deep tissue massage spends most of the hour on slow, firm work through deeper layers of muscle and fascia — often with you draped on the table while the practitioner uses elbows, forearms and sustained pressure, then leaves you with a sense of what was worked and any aftercare notes.

This treatment is not meant for full body work. You may choose upper body or lower body work which can be discussed at time of appointment. Please note GST is not included in the fee.
