90 minEquine Assisted Therapy (EAT) is a therapeutic approach that incorporates structured interactions with horses to support emotional, psychological, relational, behavioural, and personal growth. Sessions may include activities such as: Grooming horses, Leading horses, Observation and mindfulness exercises, Ground-based experiential activities, Emotional processing and reflection, Nature-based therapeutic interventions. No horseback riding occurs during sessions. All activities are conducted on the ground and under supervision. Services may occur indoors, outdoors, in arenas, pastures, barns, or natural settings associated with Sublime Stables near Devon, Alberta.
