“I had never, ever been to physio prior to suffering a bad hand injury that severed the nerves in my hand. Plastic surgery and through the help of my physio therapist and several splints and casts later I slowly regained use of my hand. Without the excellent assertive one on one care I received from my physio therapist at Battle River Physio, I can now today say I have good use of my hand. Due to my plastic surgeon's strong recommendation to use the physio services at Battle River Physio was the key to my success. Thanks Battle River Physio for being the right choice for me. M. “Began physical therapy due to a car accident in late 2020. I've visited dozens of times since then. While I am impressed with the progress made thanks to the terrific care I've received, it is the atmosphere that makes me at ease and happy to walk through the door. The staff is both welcoming and professional. I have enjoyed the chats and the laughs while receiving therapy from the experienced staff. “Battle River Physiotherapy 4931 49th Street Camrose AB, T4V 1N3 25 June 2021 To whom it may concern: I am writing a short letter of appreciation regarding the treatment that I received from your facility. Being relatively new to Camrose I did not have a lot of experience in dealing with finding a reputable physiotherapist, [as all I was given was a list from my family physician at Smith clinic], and I had to do the rest myself. From the first phone call to your center, I could tell from the courtesy and respect I received, as well as the information provided and the steps, I needed to follow made me realize I had made the right choice in obtaining your services. I would like to pass on my appreciation, to Liberata Carey. As my physiotherapist I found her to be extremely professional, experienced, and courteous, as she made me feel extremely at ease during my treatments. As well the front desk reception staff displayed competency, positivity and enthusiasm when dealing with me, but most important made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed their sense of humor. “I have been a client at this facility since 2015, they have successfully treated my different Physio and Occupation therapy needs completely. The staff are friendly, professional and can treat all aspects within the scope of practise needed. I have been to more then one of them due to car accidents and can say that there isn't a better physio clinic to go to for multi body injuries, than Battle River Physical Therapy!
