Welcome to Booking – Let’s Get Started! To ensure the best care for my current clients, I primarily accept new clients through word-of-mouth referrals. If you were not referred by someone, email me with the subject “New Client” and let’s have a quick chat about what you are seeking and whether or not I am the best practitioner for you! Important Practice Notes: Home-Based & Part-Time: I work from a home studio with limited hours (please check availability). Pet & Family Friendly Space: My dogs and cat are often present, I cannot accommodate animal or scent allergies. Accessibility: My space has stairs & no ramp and may not accommodate mobility aids. Please message me for details if needed. Arrival Instructions: After booking, you’ll receive directions (e.g., parking, entry steps, doorbell instructions). Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your session will be as unique as you are! Booking Details: $120/hour (your time starts at your scheduled slot) Cancellations? Just give me 24 hours’ notice (phone/email—no social media, please). Late cancels (<24 hrs) may be charged 50-100%, and no-shows in full—but emergencies & bad weather are always exceptions. Direct billing? Yes! But check your plan’s coverage first—any remaining balance is due at your visit. A kind heads-up: Frequent lateness/cancels/no-shows may pause your online booking access. I’ll send reminders, but confirming your appointment is your responsibility. These policies aren’t about rules—they’re how I respect your time and mine, so I can keep offering my best care.
