60 minBlock Therapy is a dynamic approach to releasing fascial adhesions. Similar to a yin yoga class, this modality uses a bamboo block, placed along the body and held in position for 3 minutes at a time to release fascial adhesions. Gentle movements and diaphragmatic breathing are used in each position to maximize comfort and effectiveness.
