Intake Appointment - Therapy - Child or Teen (~)

During this parent-attended Intake Appointment, consent for service will be discussed, along with initial parent/guardian interviewing to ensure a best fit in meeting your child's counselling needs. If a custody/parenting order is in place, consent is required from each parent/guardian prior to your child receiving service. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment as scheduled, Begin requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling requests. Without a minimum of 24 hours' notice, a $125 late-cancellation or rescheduling fee will be applied to your account and charged to the card on file. Under extenuating and rare circumstances, Policy fees may be waived at your clinician's discretion.
