“I had an amazing experience with Trey! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly where I was feeling tension. “I first met Trey a year ago through personal training, and had followed his massage career covertly on instagram. When my regular-ish therapist was unavailable for a while I reached out to Trey. Living in a larger body, starting therapy with someone new can be intimidating. But Trey is always kind, caring and non judgemental. He has helped me get so much of my pain free mobility back, and has challenged me to try something different when I tell him how I have hurt myself (again, doing the same exact things) this time. Trey makes you feel at ease immediately when you met him, and has set his space up to be welcoming to every body he interacts with. “I’ve been seeing Trey for massage therapy for several years, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel their BEST. He always takes the time to understand what’s going on and adjusts each treatment based on what I need that day.
