“Had an amazing 60 minute relaxation massage with Dawn! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was good for me, the massage room was peaceful and perfect vibes. Just what I needed!”

“Poor communication on both sides. I luckily got 2 last-minute 75 minute massages. When booking it wasn’t discussed what type of massage I wanted. I wanted deep tissue. I got aromatherapy by the aesthetician (too light for this deep tissue girl). I paid $147. Seems heavy for being unsatisfied.”Read moreShow less

“Unbelievable facial! Nerissa was flawless. So friendly and knowledgeable. The products were beautiful. Phytomer makes a very high quality line. They felt great on my skin, and smelled divine. I felt absolutely pampered: Along with the exquisite attention to my face and décolletage, I received a Scalp massage, hands and arms were moisturized; and a little neck rub. “I'll start by saying I don't have much experience with day spas or messages in general as I don't frequently treat myself to these types of things. But I had a gift card and decided to get a 75 minute aromatherapy message. It was nice enough, my message practitioner was competent and kind but the aromatherapy aspect wasn't really there. The practitioner waved some lemongrass oil in front of my face at the very beginning and the very end of the message but that was about it. Overall the experience was nice but not mind blowing. The customer service was great but the amenities there seemed like an afterthought. There was a shower in the change room to rinse off the message oils, but the shampoo, conditioner and body washes provided looked like leftovers that someone forgot and were just sat on the floor of the shower. Nothing about this experience would detour me from returning. Just details that I noticed.”Read moreShow less
