My first experience at Bloom was with RMT Abby and it was incredible. She was so friendly and respectful. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the experience to best support my body. Very clean environment and friend staff. Have had two appointments with Heidi and Elise so far, and both have been great. Edit after an unexpected incident: On my fourth appointment, I realised I was removed from the waiting list I was on and asked the staff if there was something wrong and they said no so I figured there was an issue with their website so I added myself again in front of Elise (my last appointment) and checked with her to see if it was successful to which she reaponded yes she could see me on the list so I thanked her and left. In an hour I checked and I was again removed from the waiting list and apparently blocked from making any more appointments. Update: I was contacted by the management (Dr. Lee) saying there was an investigation going on into the matter and will provide an update and eventually resolved the issue.Lire la suiteRéduire

I see Mandy for Chiropractor care, she is amazing!! I highly recommend!! She takes time to listen to what’s happening with your body before she starts. I always leave being able to move with a little more ease.

My favourite clinic ever!!! Been to so many clinics on the north shore trying to find the right one and Bloom is by far the best. I go to Heidi specifically for massage and she is amazing.
