FIFA World Cup Traffic Advisory - Due to FIFA World Cup events and event related road closures please allow extra time to make it your appointment due to expected increased traffic and possible transit delays. Please plan ahead and when possible allow for extra time when coming for your appointment. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact our office as soon as you are able to.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule? - We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for weekday appointments and 48 hours’ notice for Saturday appointments. For Tuesday appointment changes, please note that cancellation requests on Sundays or Mondays must be sent by email, as voicemails are not monitored those days.

All new patient appointments require a $50 deposit to book. The deposit is non-refundable, will be applied to your visit, and will be forfeited for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows.
