DIRECT BILLING - We offer direct billing to most insurance companies to help reduce out of pocket payments. Simply include your insurance information when completing your client intake form
WAITLIST - If no suitable times are available, please join the waitlist at the bottom left of the therapist’s booking page. You will be notified if an appointment becomes available
NEW PATIENTS - If this is your first appointment with Maria Arevalo, RMT. Your visit includes 10-15 minutes for health history review, assessment, and treatment planning, with the remaining time dedicated to hands-on treatment. Please book length of treatment accordingly.
