Postnatal BodyTalk Session (90 minutes — Distance session) This extended session offers a supportive space to care for both parent and baby during the postpartum period—a time of deep transition, integration, and adjustment. Birth is not just a physical event. It is an experience that can leave imprints across the body, nervous system, and emotional field for both parent and child. These sessions create space to gently process, reconnect, and restore balance after this profound threshold. With extra time, we are able to work with both parent and baby—individually and as a connected system. Sessions may support: recovery from the birth experience (physical and emotional) nervous system regulation for both parent and baby early bonding and attachment integration of birth or early life imprints settling patterns that may be showing up in baby/child (restlessness, sensitivity, etc.) If working with baby directly isn’t ideal, the parent can be used as a surrogate, allowing us to access and support the baby’s system without them needing to be present. Babies and young children are always welcome in session. At the same time, this can also be a deeply nourishing opportunity for me-time and self-care if you’re able to come on your own. This work meets you wherever you are in your postpartum experience—supporting both you and your child in returning to a state of connection, regulation, and ease.
