“Front receptionists are so nice and understanding. Second time iv been with cassidy, she is incredible. Very understanding and professional with her work. By far the best massage therapist i have visited . “I’ve seen over 10 physiotherapists in my life and BodyTech is by far the best. This is the only clinic where I’ve learned how to effectively manage my joint hypermobility and live my life to the fullest. Their advanced knowledge of manual therapy and how the body is interconnected is unmatched. The clinic has private individual treatment rooms which is very nice compared to many physiotherapy clinics that only have curtains and no privacy! I also appreciate that your physiotherapist will give you attention for your full session, and not split their time between multiple clients. Kayla and the administrative staff are friendly, attentive, and respond to messages quickly. “I am so very pleased with the pelvic physiotherapy treatments that I have been receiving from Vanessa. I was not sure if physio would be able to help me with my urgency and frequency yet it really has. “Highly disappointed - I felt like zero star rating. I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunfish Plaza clinic. Today I was booked for 2:45, but the receptionist called an hour earlier as they had cancelation and she was pushing me to change my appointment and come early as they had spot available and almost ordering me to extend my appointment time even after I refused several times. She was unhelpful and being very rude about the intake form and spoke in an unprofessional tone throughout. In fact, she was so rude that her associate has to intervene and finish the call. The massage therapist also arrived late at 2:49 thought the appointment time was 2:45 and still ended the session early at 3:14, upon asking of 4 min late coming she was giving excuses that she was submitting my report which I already did before having appointment. and even she was giving excuses for finishing 1 min early that she was giving me time to get ready though I only had foot massage. After massage even they were not interested to even ask that how do you feel as it was my first appointment they should show some kind of decency to bring client again but they just don’t care. Overall, the staff’s attitude was extremely rude, the environment felt very unprofessional, massage therapist was not knowledgeable as it took her 10min to read 1 page of CT scan report of my foot. They ruin your time, money and mood. I will not be returning or recommending this clinic to anyone.”Read moreShow less
