I love Fix Healthcare! Simon, the chiropractor, is the reason I have been coming here for years. He's always so positive and joyful, takes the time to give you his full attention, and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave feeling great after my appointments. Jadyn, RMT, is fantastic! Thank goodness for cancellation lists, because she is hard to get into...the good ones usually are! By far the best clinic I've been to. The wonderful and friendly receptionists welcome you and make you feel welcome. I've been going to Jadyn for a while now and she has a talent. Her massages are therapeutic and her personality is great. I leave feeling relaxed and healed. Only downside is a lot of others are aware of this, and it takes a while to get in sometimes, but of you book ahead, it's not an issue at all.Lire la suiteRéduire

I have seen Marlène Bouchard, RMT here and she is incredible. She has a unique approach and I have never had a massage apart from this where I feel so much movement in a positive way within my body. Great management and great services but bit frustrated that technician cancels on my 25 minutes before appointment when I've already made arrangements and driven to to town for appointment. Need to have a system to let clients know at least an hour before. Argh...Lire la suiteRéduire

I love Fix Healthcare!! I've been a client there for many years. The staff at both locations are incredibly compassionate and so skilled! The Selkirk location offers a lovely opportunity to walk along the waterway before and/or after your treatment. I've had very good service at this place. The massages I've received were very thorough and I left feeling satisfied. I have been able to tailor, to some degree, the intensity of the massages, as the staff have been very good with feedback and adjusting on the fly. I have found the staff very friendly and accommodating. I will continue to return. I've only just returned lately, as I had an ICBC claim previously and I was using the service quite regularly at that time. I'm currently enjoying the "just because" massages. I've also experienced that the staff show concern and care on a bigger scale, offering support and advice on motivation, etc. The kindness and tolerance I've been shown is much appreciated.Lire la suiteRéduire

I go there to see Lauren (for Physio) she’s fantastic! Free hour parking out front can’t beat that! Staff are always friendly and helpful. And they direct bill your insurance, so that’s a plus :)
