“Unexpectedly landed up with vertigo due to dental work and needed help to treat it. Jacinda has been treating my vertigo. She is very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. She has helped me a lot with my vertigo which happened as a result of tension in the jaw. My symptoms have subsided a lot thanks to her treatments. “I strongly recommend looking else where. I booked my first appointment online, and did not receive a confirmation email. I sent an email to inquire, as to whether an appointment had been booked. Yet, I did not receive a reply. I got a call at the time of the appointment, which I assumed had not been booked, and that I could no longer make. The female on the phone was rude to me, when I was simply explaining why I was not there. I called back after checking my email, confirming I had sent an email inquiring in advance about the appointment, she lost her temper with me stating “you called back just to be rude to me.” and told me That I was not welcome there. I was simply trying to explain, as she was clearly angry with me. I am a professional, I do not speak to people like this. It’s completely unacceptable. I received the call at 1pm. If she had checked her emails, Monday morning, when she arrived to work, she would have seen my email, looking for confirmation. Thankfully I did not spend an hour of my time with her. “I had strained a muscle in my back and went for a massage. The next day, my back felt 100% better. One of the best investments I made so far this year was that 1 hour massage! The staff are friendly and the place is very clean. Unlike most places that play canned "spa" music, my massage therapist had a great playlist of music that was easy listening, yet modern.
