By continuing you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to cancel appointments you are unable to attend, or notify the clinic of changes to your appointment (such as a change to appointment length), with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to the clinic. You acknowledge that the following fees will apply should you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with 48 hours’ notice to the clinic and will need to be paid on the same day as the absence:
First Missed Appointment: 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment
Subsequent Missed Appointment: Full cost of the scheduled appointment
No Show (Appointment missed without notice):
Full price of the scheduled appointment
