Upon every visit I make to relieve pain and provide comfort to various regions of my back, leg or arm muscles - Lauryn consistently excels as an RMT. She incorporates a positive & welcoming environment to every human who walks in to be treated - from my routine observations. Lauryn not only hears your general or specific concerns, she adapts her abilities and skills to relieve the pain in specific areas. She will also work with you on your journey by teaching stretches and breathing exercises to take home and self-heal. Over all of my visits to various RMTs in the Comox Valley - Lauryn has been an inspiration for me to continue to heal physically and mentally. One of the things I noticed first about Lauryn was her ability to REALLY listen. She asked questions to really drill down to the core issues I was having with my body.
