It's highly recommended to start with a virtual appointment. This will allow time to discuss and assess feeding before the in-person appointment. Please book two appointments- one for an infant and one for a parent. You can book the infant portion and a parent appt in the next time slot (back-to-back). Please use your child's name for this appointment.
A parent must book this appointment if their child has an Infant-15 min virtual appointment booked (see above). This allows for two charts to be initiated (one for the child and one for the parent factors and feeding goals). A receipt for registered occupational therapy services will be provided to both patients (child and parent).
