This discounted treatment is offered for patients 65+. Seniors, typically retired, do not often have benefits to cover their treatments. In order to support them, I offer a reduced price treatment that is permanent for patients over this threshold. Should you have limited benefits, and are 65+, please book this appointment.

This 45-minute appointment is with a recent West Coast College of Massage Therapy graduate. They are currently providing wellness massage while they are waiting on their registration. As they are not yet licensed in BC, extended health insurance does not cover these appointments.
This is a therapeutic massage including the use of hot stones for part of the treatment. The Hot Stones are used with pressure from the therapist and not just placed on the skin and left there.
30 minute Pediatric Registered Massage Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that seeks to enhance the body's natural healing abilities by manipulating the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Tui Na Massage is a Chinese style of massage that involves stretching, rubbing, pushing, rolling and kneading to support the body's vital qi, relieve pain, heal injuries and reduce inflammation. Acupressure points are incorporated and pressed along meridians to unblock stagnant qi and improve circulation. This treatment is invigorating, energizing and relaxing. After 30 minutes of Tui Na Massage, the client will receive the NADA protocol of 5 needles in the ears. This protocol is extremely regulating for the nervous system, regulates stress and calms the mind.

This is a brief B12 injection appointment only. This service is only available as part of a current treatment plan. This procedure is available during specific B12 clinic times (Tues 9:30-10, Wed 11:30-12, Thurs 4-4:30). No consultation is provided and no additional treatment plans can be discussed. Follow up appointments are required every 3 months to evaluate the clinical benefit and need for injections.
