“After teeth cleaning, I got three cankers because of the vacuum pipe. Last time I got one canker, this time I got three. I guess the hygienist needs to learn how to use the pipe properly.”

“Carelton Square Dental has been my dental service for over 22 years. I would highly recommend this clinic. Today Hygienist Paula cleaned and checked my teeth. She has a very effective yet gentle technique. Paula is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Manocha has done many procedures from filling cavities, root canals, and caps. “I have been seeing Dr. Joti Manocha since 2009 when I moved to British Columbia from the East Coast. Dr. Manocha is personable, caring, kind, compassionate and extremely competent in her duties and responsibilities as a dentist. I have had multiple, severe and repeated dental issues since the time I started seeing Dr. Manocha and she has resolved each and every issue I have encountered. Even in emergency situations, Dr. Manocha has made herself or a coworker available to intervene and provide appropriate dental care Services. For instance, I was on a flight and experienced an emergency dental problem. Dr. Manocha reached out to her coworker in Newfoundland, liaised with him regarding my dental history and as a result, he agreed to see me immediately and performed the necessary dental procedure . Dr. Manocha truly cares about her patients and takes the time to assess and get to know her patients, obtaining historical information where necessary. She then researches. the issues presented to her, explains her findings and recommendations and then, effectively resolves the dental issues if it is within the scope of her duty. If problems fall outside her scope of duty,, she appropriately refers patients to external care providers as necessary. I have been treated by several Dentists throughout my policing career across the country, none of whom even compare to Dr. Manocha and her service delivery.
