Pelvic Health Consult (Outside of Ontario)

This follow-up pelvic floor physiotherapy hour is spent checking what has changed since last time, then doing the hands-on and coached work that fits the pelvic floor — breathing, pressure management, internal or external muscle work when appropriate, and practical exercises you can take away.
