Known throughout the Mesoamerican world as the 'food of the gods', Cacao is a gentle plant medicine with incredible heart-opening effects. When shared in a ceremonial way, the active ingredients become awakened, and noticeable shifts can take place on a body, mind, and soul level. More and more, we see the spirit of Cacao travelling across the world and arriving in the hands of those who are ready to connect with this deliciously potent medicine for the heart. Over the past 10 years, Brooke has spent time living in some of the birthplaces of Cacao - Mexico, Guatemala, and most recently Peru. Cacao continues to be one of her main plant medicine teachers, and she is delighted to share the gifts of this magical elixir with you! This experience is for anyone looking to step out of the ordinary rhythm of their day-to-day life and into the timeless art of ceremony.
