It’s combination of therapeutic and relaxation: 3/4 of your session will be therapeutic with somatic movement stretches and fascia therapy and then the last 1/4 of your session can be traditional relaxation massage involving lotion, allowing the nervous system to rest, relax and calming the mind to process the session.
