Central Avenue Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge a $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE for missed appointments, or when a client cancels after 1:00 p.m. on the previous business day. After two or more late cancellations/no shows, the client will be required to pay for the full amount of the appointment
