“I’ll be honest: I have a historical track record with physiotherapy clinics, and it usually follows a very specific script. I book an appointment with high hopes, show up for day one, tolerate the initial poking and prodding, and then promptly ghost them by visit number two. I just usually can’t bring myself to go back. It turns out, all it took to break my serial-abandonment streak was finding this place. Right from the jump, Central Health makes it entirely too easy to stick around. The online booking process didn't require a computer science degree, which was a pleasant surprise. When you walk in, the receptionist is actually efficient, polite, and genuinely friendly—shoutout to her for handling the front desk like an absolute pro instead of ignoring human existence like at most medical offices. As for the waiting area? Let’s just say nobody is filming an interior design show in there anytime soon. It’s pretty basic, but it’s exceptionally clean and exactly what you’d expect from a functional health clinic. Let’s face it, I’m not there to admire the feng shui; I’m there to get fixed. The real magic, however, happens on the financial and medical side. They direct bill private insurance, saving me from the inevitable paperwork nightmare I usually ignore until it’s too late. And even if you're paying out of pocket, their rates are actually really good. It’s refreshing to leave a clinic without feeling like you need to re-mortgage your house. But the absolute star of the show is Mirusha Rajendram. Mirusha completely shattered my "two-and-done" rule. She is incredibly smart, highly effective, and—thankfully—wonderfully talkative. There is zero awkward, sterile silence during your treatment. She possesses a massive wealth of knowledge regarding how the human body functions (and malfunctions) and she readily shares it, explaining things in a way that actually makes sense. Her hands-on approach and open, transparent dialogue make a world of difference. Instead of just hooking you up to a machine and walking away for twenty minutes, she’s actively working with you to get results. Without a doubt, her approach has made this the best physiotherapy spot around, and I am incredibly pleased with the progress. Thank you, Mirusha! “Great experience, 10/10 would go again for any physical ailments! Professional, friendly, clean, cozy treatment and atmosphere. You won't be disappointed. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Mana and massage therapists Nitya and Priyanshi regularly whenever I can, though they’re always fully booked, which speaks volumes about how good they are! Dr. Mana is professional, knowledgeable, and very calming. The chiropractic treatment really helps relieve built-up tension and stress.
