Pelvic Floor Assessment

This 60-minute session includes a comprehensive assessment of your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, posture, and breathing. With your consent, an internal pelvic exam may be offered to help identify muscle dysfunction, prolapse, or other contributing factors. Ideal for concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, or pregnancy support.
